Earth Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the school during the morning assembly. The program began with a soulful prayer, followed by a thought-provoking message and poem recitations by students of the primary wing. A vibrant display of posters on the theme “Our Power, Our Planet” added color and meaning to the celebration. Students from senior classes delivered impactful speeches in both Hindi and English to raise awareness about the significance of Earth Day.
The highlight of the event was a captivating Nukkad Natak (street play) that creatively conveyed the message of saving our planet. This was followed by a motivating address by the Principal, and the program concluded with the singing of the National Anthem.
The celebration ended on a meaningful note with a Tree Plantation Drive, in which the Principal, senior teachers, and students from the primary wing enthusiastically participated, reaffirming their commitment to protecting the environment.
