To foster continuous learning and enhance teaching effectiveness, a Professional Growth Session was organized on 25th June 2025 in the school. All teaching staff members enthusiastically participated in the session, which aimed at developing innovative teaching practices and reflective thinking among educators.

The program commenced with a brief morning prayer and a school bound, reinforcing our shared vision and commitment to holistic education.

This was followed by the introduction of the esteemed resource persons:

Mrs. Sonia, a senior educator and trainer, known for her dynamic teaching strategies and curriculum development expertise.

Miss Anjali, who specializes in student engagement and digital integration in classrooms.

To invoke blessings and mark the auspicious beginning of the session, the ceremonial lighting of the lamp was conducted. The Principal and senior faculty members, took part in this traditional gesture.

Throughout the session, the resource persons conducted various interactive activities, shared valuable insights, and guided the teachers on new pedagogical methods and professional ethics. Teachers found the session inspiring, practical, and deeply enriching.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks and an open discussion round, where teachers expressed their gratitude and shared their takeaways from the session.
