*School Review by Adhyayan Quality Education* 

From May 5th to 9th May 2025, our school, Ceeri Vidya Mandir, was visited by the Adhyayan Review Team. The team collaborated with students, parents, and teachers to review six key areas:

1. Leadership and Management

2. Teaching and Learning

3. The Child

4. Curriculum

5. Community and Partnership

6. Infrastructure and Resources

The 5-day review process included:

- Day 1: Orientation

- Days 2-3: Evidence collection through learning walks, classroom observations, stakeholder interactions, and book reviews

- Day 4: Coming to judgement

- Day 5: Action planning

The aim was to improve, not prove. Students enjoyed learning about their school and gained insights into its strengths and areas for improvement. Teachers also benefited from the review, learning new perspectives and strategies.
